Founder & Principal
Eric Castle-Edmonstone
Eric spent more than 30 years as a heavy-equipment mechanical trade professional before he was ever a project manager. That combination of hands-on trade background and postgraduate project qualifications is genuinely rare in this market. When MCP scopes a job, the plan is written by someone who has done the work, not just scheduled it.
Through MCP, Eric has provided project management, QA, superintendence and risk-assessment support to BHP/BMA, Bravus (Carmichael), Pembroke Resources (Olive Downs) and Jarah Corporate. Before founding MCP he held permanent roles with SunWater and SRG across construction, shutdowns, civil works and plant maintenance.

That means safety planned into every scope before mobilisation, transparent reporting throughout delivery, and clear ownership of outcomes. For our clients, safety credentials aren’t a nice-to-have, they’re the gate.
Every engagement is delivered under documented safe systems of work, aligned to each site’s safety and health management system and Queensland mining legislation. At Broadmeadow we facilitated SHMS risk assessments to BMA’s own process and produced the SOPs and document control behind them.
